Parent Advocacy
We are here to advocate for families with children with disabilities. Sometimes families need guidance on what their child needs, which programs or services to select, or need an advocate to attend IEP meetings. Here at T4K, we provide that support and try to make the journey to your child’s success easier.
Intakes and Evaluations
The very first step in the process of getting approved for services is coming in for an initial assessment. It is here that the behavior analyst gathers information from the parent and assesses the child’s function of behavior as well as areas that need improvement (social, communication, active daily living skills, academics, etc.). Some assessment tools that may be used during the intake are VB-MAPP, FAST, MAS, QABF, Vineland, PDDBI, ABLLS-R, Autism Social Skills Profile, or Pep-3
